We understand the structures of journals and transactions, and therefore scan and index every page into a subject category. For example: articles, obituaries, book reviews and references. Typical multiple Boolean searches that can be made include searching for documents by date, author, title, keyword, document type and words which appear in the body text. You define the categories and search criteria to suit your archive.
We have recently and successfully made available online, more than 150 years of the RNLI's "Lifeboat" journal. In 2001, we completed a similar contract with the Royal Institute of Navigation. Other subject matter we have worked with includes technical publications, academic CD-ROM and web-based products, and scientific publications (including bulletins of the British Arachnological Society).
Our first publication project was for the British Cement Association back in 1999, celebrating fifty years of "Concrete Quarterly".
