We employ an experienced quality control manager whose main duty is to ensure that all projects adhere to our special QA processes and techniques. Given that all of our projects are bespoke, he is also responsible for modifying the necessary checks and procedures for each specific project. Due to the nature of the legal, unique and valuable documents that we work with, our quality assurance processes and techniques are a vital part of each project.
Also, we operate a "no blame" policy in all the stages of a project. We openly encourage our employees to find improvements in the work of other colleagues and in their own, and to discuss how, if any, mistakes occurred, to help eradicate the possibility it happening again. As a result of this policy, our operatives do not try to cover up, or disguise the errors which have been made and found, but work together with others in order to correct them.
This basic common-sense approach coupled with our stringent quality control procedures produce an efficient and error-free mechanism for processing legal archives.
conveyancing solicitor
We contract two fully qualified conveyancing solicitors. One has been successfully working in the city for the past five years, for organisations such as Denton Wilde Sapte (formerly Denton Hall). Our other expert has worked with public utilities for over twenty five years prior to joining us. Their typical role is to observe, train, spot-check and answering queries/questions which the principal-document identifiers may have.
Of course, they are also involved with projects where the client has chosen to utilise them to determine the principal document and segregate current from expired documents, among other tasks.
